Supplemental Application Documents
Part of the holistic review process is getting to know you outside of the classroom. A great way for us to do that is through a Resume or Common App Activities List – this is not required, but encouraged. We will receive your Common App Activities List, but if you have more information to share or you applied using a different platform, please feel free to provide more with us below.
The Office of Admissions and Financial Aid does not seek out Letters of Recommendation. We find greater value in hearing from you in your own words on your Personal Statement or your Common App Essay.
This form is available for students who need to provide, or have someone provide on their behalf, additional information due to extenuating circumstances.
In order to submit these documents, students must first apply for admission to the University of Pittsburgh.
